Here are a few helpful tips before you begin.

1. Before Your Session

  • For the most comfortable experience, try to wait about 1-2 hours after eating;

  • Hydrate with at least 8 oz of water beforehand to prevent effects of dehydration and support healthy sweating;

​

  • For your first visit, plan to arrive about 10 minutes early so we can welcome you, answer any of your questions, sign consent forms and get you settled in.

2. During Your Session

  • Listen to your body – you can adjust the temperature, slightly open door, or step out at any time;

​

  • ​Hydrating during your session is recommended;

​

  • Everyone sweats differently, it’s normal not to sweat much during your first few visits. Even if you do not sweat, infrared heat is being absorbed by your body producing its benefits;

​

  • If you begin to feel dizzy, nauseous, or unwell, end your session and let us know.

3. Customize Your Experience

  • Optional chromotherapy lighting

​

  • Enjoy quiet relaxation or calming music​

​

  • Try gentle stretching or deep breathing exercises

​

  • Massage tools are available upon request

4. After Your Session

  • Rehydrate with 8-24 oz of water to replenish fluids (electrolytes are a great option);

​

  • ​Allow your body to cool down naturally before heading back into your day;

​

  • Many guests schedule their next session to maintain consistency.
