We are committed to providing a safe, restorative, and professional wellness experience for every client. Kindly review the following policies prior to your session.
APPOINTMENTS & ARRIVALS

-We will prioritize appointments.
-Please arrive a few minutes prior to your scheduled time.
-Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions to avoid impacting the next guest.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDING COURTESY

-A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
-Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.
-No-shows will be charged the full session rate or forfeit the session credit. Packages and memberships will deduct one session for missed appointments.

REFUND POLICY

All services, packages and memberships are final sale.
Refunds are not issued for completed sessions or unused portions of packages and memberships.

All guests are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy and professionalism.

Any form of inappropriate language, harassment, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may result in refusal of future service.

Guests appearing impaired by alcohol or substances will not be permitted to receive services.

Solaris Wellness Space reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at its sole discretion to maintain a safe environment and professional integrity.
