Solaris Wellness Space: Etiquette

Solaris is designed to feel calm, clean, and restorative. A few notes to help you settle in comfortably:

Arrive Fresh

Aim to arrive 10-15 minutes early to

A quick rinse before your visit, or a gentle towel wipe-down prior to entering the sauna, helps remove lotion, perfume, and excess oils. This allows your pores to open more comfortably and helps us maintain a fresh, hygienic environment for every guest.

Use your towel

We provide a clean bench towel for each session. Please sit on the towel and place the floor towels beneath your feet to help absorb sweat and protect the natural wood surfaces. This simple step helps preserve the warmth and beauty of the sauna for everyone who visits.

Keep the atmosphere peaceful

Solaris is intended to be a quiet retreat. Soft voices and low entertainment volume help sustain the calming environment and allow each guest to fully unwind.

Listen to your body

Infrared heat works gently and deeply, and every body responds differently. You’re welcome to adjust the temperature at any time. If you begin to feel too warm or uncomfortable, you are encouraged to step out, hydrate, and cool down. Your comfort and safety come first.

Dress comfortably

Breathable fabrics like cotton or linen are highly recommended for maximum penetration of heat and effective sweat absorption. Maintain modesty outside of private spaces. Water shoes are available for our no-shoe zone, and you’re welcome to bring clean slippers if preferred.

Thank you for helping us maintain a welcoming and restorative space.
